You can easily subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter in the "My Account" section. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link at the bottom of the email.

Our newsletter email provides regular information about sales, discounted products and new products.

You can find our vouchers by typing "voucher" into the search field. We offer two types of gift vouchers:

• A printed voucher that we mail to you
• A gift voucher you'll receive by email to print out yourself or forward to someone else

Free gifts with purchase will automatically be displayed in your shopping basket as soon as you've fulfilled the specified condition (e.g. a minimum order value). If you can't see the free gift in your shopping basket, the promotion is either already over or you have not yet met the necessary condition to receive the gift.

Please note: Free products are not reserved in your shopping basket. The product may disappear from your shopping basket again if our stock runs out before you place your order. Promotions are valid while stocks last. Once the promotion has expired, you'll no longer be able to receive the promotional product. For this reason, we recommend placing your order quickly.

You can redeem your voucher in your shopping basket or at checkout. All you have to do is enter the code in the voucher code field and click on "Apply". The voucher will immediately be applied to your order.

It is not possible to redeem a voucher once your order has been packed.
